Simple fortran programs that can be downloaded and compiled on any machine, these programs have been updated and improved compared to those coming with mardigras/corma binaries:

mardi2xplor - version 1.0
Converts a distance constraint file into a format recognized by XPLOR

mardi2amber - version 2.0
Converts a distance constraint file into a format recognized by AMBER
Udated - 18 January 2001
New update - 6 February 2001 :
- it is now easier to change the program to read constraint files with different formats (look at README file for more details).
